Lloyd left his successful manufacturing business when he heard God calling him back into full time ministry.  Lloyd handles daily operations, the ministry's Jail/Prison Men's Program, and is very hands-on with mentoring, connecting our mentees with resources & maintaining relationships with the men at every stage of the process: incarceratiion, recovery & reentry.

As our Director of Mentorship, Irene oversees & coordinates our men's & women's jail mentoring program. She also manages outreach as well as relationships
with our ministry partners (Jail, resource administrators, churches,  etc). Our ministry would not flow nearly as smoothly without Irene's organization & attention to detail. We are grateful for everything she does!

Lisa Johnston has 33 years of Advertising, Marketing, Sales & Administrative skills and feels exceptionally blessed to use her experience to further the mission of The Isaiah 61:1 Project. She was also in full time ministry with Teen Challenge in their Omaha, NE Re-entry center where she was "house mom", teaching life skills such as cooking, budgeting, resume building, job interviewing and more.
